Over 90 artists to discover live over five consecutive days in the verdant setting of the Domaine national de Saint-Cloud! This is the program that awaits you on Wednesday August 20, Thursday August 21, Friday August 22, Saturday August 23 and Sunday August 24, 2025 for the new edition of Rock en Seine.
The famous Parisian festival returns to the Hauts-de-Seine with a series of concerts featuring rock, electro and rap. To help you make your choice, here's our selection of 10 artists and bands not to be missed this summer at Rock en Seine!
Headlining the first evening of the 2025 edition of Rock en Seine, Chappell Roan arrives at the Domaine national de Saint-Cloud for the very first time. This will be his only date in France this summer. Needless to say, fans of the American artist will be out in force. In the space of just a few years, the young artist has become a global phenomenon, thanks not only to her hit " Good Luke Babe!", but also to her acid pop, offbeat costumes and acclaimed performances.
Another day, another artist and another unique date in France. Scheduled to perform on the festival's main stage on Thursday August 21, 2025, Doechii is sure to set the Domaine de Saint-Cloud alight this summer. The Grammy-nominated rapper, who received a standing ovation last year for"Alligator Bites Never Heal", won over many ears when she opened for Doja Cat in 2023. From now on, Doechii, real name Jaylah Ji'mya Hickmon, will be going it alone, and intends to make the most of her status as the new queen of rap!
They hail from Texas, USA, and are also scheduled to play Rock en Seine on their only French date this summer. They are Laura Lee, Mark Speer and Donald Johnson, the three members of Khruangbin. Offering a savvy blend of soul, dub, rock and world music, Khruangbin are set to take us on a delicious musical journey on Thursday August 21. So, are you ready for take-off?
Empire of the Sun will also be at Rock en Seine for their only concert in France. An opportunity to discover or rediscover this Australian band who don't do anything like everyone else. Firstly, there's the look of the duo, formed by Luke "Emperor" Steele and Nick "Lord" Littlemore, but also their songs, which blend electro-pop, dance rock and new wave, as evidenced by their hits " Walking on a Dream " and " We Are the People ".
Aurora hails from Norway, and is sure to cast a spell on the Grande Scène on August 22, unless you've already done so. The singer, considered by many to be the queen of Scandinavian pop, now has five opuses under her belt, the latest of which is"What Happened to the Heart?(2024). For a good dose of synth-pop, ancestral folk and experimental pop, don't miss her set at 8.25pm!
Ever heard ofJohn Maus? Seven years after"Addendum", the American artist from Minnesota is finally back with a new opus,"Later Than You Think", and some concerts! An atypical figure on the American experimental scene, John Maus surprises with his very deep voice, but also with his bewitching tracks. If you're a fan of synthpop or darkwave, this songwriter is sure to have you under his spell on August 23!
Is it really necessary to introduce Justice? The electro duo, formed by Gaspard Augé and Xavier de Rosnay, made their comeback in 2024 with"Hyperdrama", followed by a series of concerts. After the Accor Arena last December and several sets at various festivals this summer, Justice will this time be setting Rock en Seine alight, thanks to their imposing stage set and must-have tracks such as " Neverender " and " D.A.N.C.E. ".
Irish rockers Fontaines D.C. return to Rock en Seine after their 2022 concert. Since then, the combo has released the excellent opus"Romance", featuring the hits " Starburster " and " Favourite ". Needless to say, their performances are well worth the detour! So, are you ready to jump up and down at the Domaine national de Saint-Cloud on August 24, thanks to the Irish from Fontaines D.C.?
They too were already present at Rock en Seine in 2022. And they, too, make rock that we can't get enough of. Lionel and Marie Limiñana, aka The Limiñanas, will be returning to the festival to present their latest opus,"Faded". Proof of their renown, these Frenchmen from Cabestany have already collaborated with a number of big names, including Anton Newcombe, Bobby Gillespie, Peter Hook, Jon Spencer, Laurent Garnier and Brigitte Fontaine.
While Queens of the Stone Age unveiled their live album recorded in the catacombs of Paris this summer, the American band returns to Rock en Seine on August 24, much to the delight of regulars. Josh Homme and his bandmates have already played at the Domaine de Saint-Cloud in 2005, 2011 and 2014, their last appearance at the festival. Many are keeping their fingers crossed for a chance to sway to some of their classics, such as " No One Knows ", " Go with the Flow " and " Make It wit Chu ".
