"The Pretender", "My Hero", "Learn to Fly", "Best of You", and "Everlong"... which hits will the Foo Fighters perform in 2026 during their "Take Cover Tour"? For now, the mystery remains intact, but fans are eagerly awaiting the chance to see Dave Grohl on stage in the city. For this highly anticipated comeback, the American rock band has chosen to perform at Paris La Défense Arena, known as Europe's largest indoor venue! Dedicated fans have already snapped up their tickets for this one-night-only event on Friday, June 19, 2026.
Before the Foo Fighters light up the stage at Paris La Défense Arena, local concertgoers will have to wait a little longer — and not for just one, but for two opening acts. So, who will get the honor of kicking off the show for the Foo Fighters in Paris? Who has been chosen to build anticipation and set the mood? Inhaler is among the select bands selected to warm up the crowd just before the main act during this European tour.
Hailing from Ireland, Inhaler features Elija Hewson (son of Bono), Bobby Skeetz, Ryan McMahon, and Josh Jenkinson. The band truly began to emerge onto the scene in 2017, culminating in the release of their debut album, "It Won’t Always Be Like This", in 2021.
Since forming in Dublin, this rock band has come a long way, climbing high in the charts across the UK and Ireland. In 2023, Inhaler released their second album, "Cuts & Bruises," featuring singles like "These Are the Days", "Love Will Get You There", and "If You're Gonna Break My Heart." On February 7, 2025, Inhaler unveiled their third studio record, titled "Open Wide," including the standout single "Your House."
After dazzling the crowd at the Zénith de Paris - La Villette in April 2025, Inhaler is set to return to Paris—this time stepping onto the stage as the support act for the Foo Fighters.
Mas Inhaler will not be the only band opening for the Foo Fighters on June 19th at Paris La Défense Arena, as Otoboke Beaver is also scheduled to perform. Hailing from Kyoto, Japan, Otoboke Beaver is known for their energetic punk rock sound. With a discography that includes several EPs, live recordings, and studio albums, the band began touring internationally in 2016, hitting stages in London, the United States, and notably performing at Coachella in 2018. The group, consisting of Accorinrin, Yoyoyoshie, Hirochan, and Kahokiss, has since traveled across Australia and New Zealand in 2023, and Canada in 2024—warming up crowds by opening for top acts like Red Hot Chili Peppers, Green Day, and Oasis.
In 2026, Otoboke Beaver was selected by Foo Fighters to open for them during several dates on their "Take Cover Tour 2026." To catch these four Japanese artists along with Inhaler live, make sure not to miss out — the concert is set for June 19 at Paris La Défense Arena.
Note that, depending on the date, other bands will share the opening act with the Foo Fighters, including IDLES, Royel Otis, and Fat Dog.
