Summer is a great time for music festivals, but so is autumn. You'd think that these musical events - outdoor or otherwise - would take a break once the warm weather is over. But we'd be wrong to imagine that. Music festivals continue into autumn, to the delight of live music fans.
A number of music festivals are also held in the capital every autumn, including the famous Pitchfork Music Festival and its ultra-specialized program, which takes over several Parisian venues each year, including Trabendo,Élysée Montmartre and Trianon.
Other eagerly awaited musical events in the Paris region? Saint Germain en live, which, as its name suggests, offers a series of concerts in different venues in this Parisian town, as well as the Primeurs de Massy, where new talents enchant the Essonne department, the Les Femmes s'en mêlent festival, dedicated to the female scene, and not forgetting the Festival de Marne, which concocts a host of tasty concerts in this Île-de-France department every autumn!
