The Palais Brongniart is set to rock for the very first Spotify EQUAL Festival, an event entirely dedicated to French-speaking female artists from France, Belgium and Canada, on Tuesday November 18, 2025. On stage, Shay, Clara Luciani, Charlotte Cardin, Theodora, Oklou, Miki and Bamby will take to the stage to make the emblematic building in Paris's 2nd arrondissement dance to the sounds of rap, pop, chanson, electro and dancehall.
Fans accumulating the most listening hours for these artists on the platform will be able to access a "fans first" pre-sale starting this Monday, before the general opening of ticketing on August 26 at 10am on the Shotgun app.
The festival is an extension of Spotify's EQUAL program, which supports gender equality in music and spotlights both established artists and tomorrow's up-and-coming stars. The scenography, designed by Daphnée Lanternier, reflects this vision by placing the female gaze at the center of the stage, right down to the smallest detail.
Since its inception, EQUAL has propelled female artists into playlists and onto iconic screens such as Times Square, giving global exposure to talents such as Amel Bent, Ronisia and Vendredi Sur Mer, according to Vogue France. With this festival, Spotify mixes styles and turns up the volume to celebrate all the women who make the heart and eardrums of French-language music beat faster.
