Every year, La Villette sets its time zone to that of Andalusia, for a few days, at the time of the transition to summer. So, from June 21 to 25, 2023, come and dance, sing and vibrate to the rhythm of southern Spain.

In June at La Villette, we celebrate the flamenco culture, we drink, we eat, we dance... Live an immersion as in the fair of Seville the time of a few days under the Andalusian sun (finally, Parisian).

On the program? A show every night with professional flamenco dancers, workshops to learn how to dance the rumba, guitar concerts and a Sevillian Village present throughout the festival, to drink, eat and share.

Among the dancers invited are Rafaela Carrasco and her ballet for their first performance of Nocturna, their brand new show, Rosario La Tremendita and her rock interpretation of flamenco, accompanied by a bassist and drummer, or José Manuel Alvarez, soloist, closing the festival with his latest show, Bailes Colaterales.

On Saturday, June 24, starting at 4pm, all activities are free, including a flash mob with the public, rumba workshops and a flamenco masterclass! All of this will be followed by the Gypsy Dynasties evening, with a demonstration of cante jondo (the traditional flamenco song) by Maria Terremotto, a concert by Tomas de Perrate and a concert by Nazaret Reyes and Pepe Torres, two guitarists, who bring the gypsy culture to the Villette.

Don't wait any longer: from June 21 to 25, come and celebrate the Andalusian culture at the Villette, with your family, friends, couple or solo, we guarantee you a beautiful immersion in the culture of this beautiful country and above all, the impression of an anticipated vacation.
