La Scandaleuse: the burlesque cabaret show in the former Aux Belles Poules brothel

Once a month, a former brothel opens its doors to you for a cabaret show, a veritable ode to sensuality and feminist eroticism, amidst daring mosaics and frescoes listed as historical monuments. Aux Belles Poules welcomes La Scandaleuse, where burlesque strippers, singers and dancers Mara de Nudée, Maud'Amour and Sattyna boldly defy patriarchal society, shattering the oppressive codes of the early 20th-century brothel.

Two sessions are offered one Friday a month, at 7pm and 9:30pm, the latter adding a dance party with the artists until 1am. An intimate immersion, with seating limited to 60 people, in an exceptional venue, thanks to three free-spirited, multi-disciplinary artists who celebrate the art of burlesque and feminine power, through song, dance and play.

You can also enjoy a bar with charcuterie and cheese boards and a variety of drinks, which are not included in the show price. It's the perfect way to rediscover this little jewel of the Roaring Twenties, which has retained its sublime decor despite the ban on"houses of tolerance" in the 1940s.
