The show focuses on the subject of love, and more specifically on dating. Tackled differently by each person, the actors explore the feelings that dating can provoke.
After an initial run at the Théâtre des Béliers in October 2022, the show has landed at La Folie Théâtre for a 3-month run from February to April 2023. Et si on s'aimait will return for another year at La Folie Théâtre in 2024. The play was co-written by Camille Cointe and Marie Iasci, the latter also being the director.
In 10 consecutive sketches, the 5 actors - Clara Basset, Camille Cointe, Fiona Munoz-Martinez, Alexis Néret and Cyprien Pertzing - share 25 characters. They look back at the question of love and how it is evolving today, with the advent of smartphones and dating apps. The La Nuit d'après company promises a show about the rendezvous of love, treated with humor and poetry.
