You may remember this exhibition, which delighted Parisians between 2018 and 2020 at the Cité des Sciences et de l' Industrie? Corps et Sport is back in touring mode, on the Croissy-sur-Seine side, to get you ready to welcome the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, in top form! Discover until March 3, 2024 this exhibition, which highlights the effects, both physical and psychological, of sport on professional athletes and amateurs alike.
You're invited to learn through experimentation, at this interactive and immersive event, where you'll have to get your shirt wet! In the first part, you'll take part in fun workshops, alone or with others, to test your reactivity, balance, endurance and coordination, in order to assess your physical and technical performance, as well as your ability to concentrate and memorize!
Climbing wall, biathlon, tennis, dribbling and other sports activities await you to test your limits, before moving on to the theory part. You'll discover how sport has become an integral part of our society since the beginning of the 20th century, from small, friendly sporting gatherings to increasingly popular competitions such as the Football World Cup and the Olympic Games.
When it comes to health, sport has many benefits: it reduces cardiovascular risks, strengthens bones, boosts endorphins and boosts self-confidence. But be careful not to skip any steps, as accidents can happen if you're not careful! Let's get down to sport!
