Until February 18, 2024, take a one-way ticket to the American West Coast from Merci, the fashion and home boutique on boulevard Beaumarchais.

Welcome to the U.S. West Coast, or rather, welcome to Merci, a boutique in the 3rd arrondissement, which is hosting a free photography exhibition until February 18, 2024. Produced in collaboration with Rami Mekdachi, founder and artistic director of the Lola James Harper gallery in Paris' 1st arrondissement, Pacifique transports you along the US Pacific coast, without even leaving Paris.

Under the dome of 111 boulevard Beaumarchais, discover the story of the Mekdachi family, their daily life between bookshops, basketball games, cafés... The exhibition is organized around six themes, all inspired by the family's daily life: music, the beach, basketball, the café, the bookshop and the Mexican Cabana. In all, more than 50 prints from the collections of Lola James Harper tell the story of daily life on America's West Coast, in an exhibition named Pacific in homage to these places.

The exhibition is free and open to all, and can be viewed every day Merci is open. Hooptime, Rami Mekdachi's latest film, will also be presented exclusively, prior to its public release, scheduled for the end of 2024. If you're in the mood to travel, the Pacific exhibition is open all week long at Merci !
