The Tour Montparnasse, a 360° view of Paris

In the heart of Paris, the Observatoire de la Tour Montparnasse is one of the best-known places to get a bird's eye view of the capital. This 800m2 terrace is perched 210 metres high, on the roof of the highest (and one of the few) skyscraper in Paris. From its summit, you can enjoy a 360° panorama of the City of Light, including, of course, a view of the Eiffel Tower.

Here you'll find a sheltered, designer promenade offering breathtaking views of Paris by day and night, and two observation areas. The tour also includes an immersive virtual reality experience that, on the one hand, celebrates the construction of the Montparnasse Tower and, on the other, explores the history of the capital by transporting you through the ages. Throughout the year, the Observatoire de la Tour Montparnasse regularly organizes events and exhibitions designed to bring this well-known Paris rooftop to life.

At night, the terrace is decked out in all its nocturnal colors. An original atmosphere and lighting design for a night-time show that passers-by can admire from the foot of the tower.
