Rendez-vous aux Jardins 2023 at the Château de Versailles

Launched in 2003 by the French Ministry of Culture, Rendez-vous aux Jardins is an annual event that enables garden-seekers to (re)discover, mostly free of charge, over 2,700 gardens throughout France. This year, Rendez-vous aux Jardins 2023 takes place from June 2 to 4, so get your diaries ready!

The aim of this bucolic, fun-filled event is not only to introduce young and old alike to the diversity of gardens, but also to highlight the importance of protecting, conserving, maintaining, restoring and creating gardens, which have been an essential part of our heritage for many centuries.

With its hectares of sublime historic gardens, the Château de Versailles is a veritable treasure trove of discoveries, and just as well, since the château is once again taking part in the Rendez-vous aux Jardins 2023, on June 3 and 4! Discover the richness of the King's kitchen garden, as well as Le Jardin du Parfumeur, the estate's new scented plot next to the Grand Trianon.
