Rendez-vous aux Jardins is a not-to-be-missed event for all nature and garden lovers: every year, the event takes place on the first weekend in June, from June 6 to 8, 2025. For the general public, it's a wonderful invitation to discover extraordinary green spaces all over France, including dozens of beautiful, unusual, traditional and even bucolic gardens in the Île-de-France region. From historic parks to more contemporary gardens, botanical gardens and private estates, Rendez-vous aux Jardins gives us the opportunity to discover these little nuggets of greenery through guided tours,creative workshops andevents for all ages. Whether you're a plant lover, a history buff or simply looking for a bucolic getaway, this year's Rendez-vous aux Jardins promises an experience of relaxation andwonder in the heart of nature.
On theIssy-les-Moulineaux side, just south of Paris,Ile Saint-Germain is located in the extension of the Seine, after the beautiful Île aux Cygnes, in the 15th arrondissement (you know, just opposite the Maison de la Radio). With its magnificent park, it's the perfect place for a stroll: in fact, in the distance, you can make out a huge tower, quite unusual with its black stripes on a white background! This is Jean Dubuffet 'sTour aux figures , whose interior can sometimes be visited for a complete immersion in the work, on certain weekend days. Between the small Mediterranean gardens, the large lawns for playing and the picnic areas, the Ile Saint-Germain park is suitable for all ages and, above all, all tastes: running, cycling, walking...
