Lantern Parade 2023 in the streets of Malakoff

Every winter, light shows are a feast for the eyes in every corner of Paris and the Ile-de-France region. From the countless Christmas illuminations to the light trails and monumental projections, there's something for everyone.

OnSaturday, December 2, 2023, the town of Malakoff has opted for a lantern parade. Conceived by Compagnie des Poussières, this poetic nocturnal stroll will illuminate the streets of the Hauts-de-Seine town from 6pm for almost an hour.

The free lantern parade will follow a well-defined route, crossing the town of Malakoff from south to north.

Please note that there will be no lantern distribution on the day of the event. These wicker and paper lanterns have been made in advance during dedicated workshops offered by the Les Poussières company as part of the Rencontres de la culture program.

On December 2, you can come and admire this parade in the streets of the town. But you can also take part in the parade without a lantern, to share this convivial moment with friends and family!
