La Plage de Nanterre, the summer resort of 2023

The city of Nanterre launches the 2023 edition of La Plage de Nanterre from July 15 to August 20. As every year, a wave of sand covers the Gabriel Péri stadium, which is transformed into a free "seaside resort", for a "beach-like" atmosphere with deckchairs, bouncy castles, water games, entertainment, music and open-air cinema!

For those of you who aren't going on vacation and are looking for a beach or swimming spot! Head for La Plage de Nanterre, where you have two options: swimming or sunbathing!

On the program: entertainment, deckchairs, sand games, competitions, water games... Fanning your toes for holidaymakers and a variety of sports to discover. Then it's on to the new accrobranche area and aquaspeed to relax.

It's also possible to take a dip in the pool after sunbathing, if you've paid for your pool ticket beforehand. A catering area is available to holidaymakers for cold drinks or a little ice cream!"Come and enjoy a good time in this leisure area, which is packed with activities and entertainment of all kinds, in preparation for the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games.

To access the beach, there are two entrances: 126, avenue Joliot-Curie or 57, avenue de la Liberté for people with reduced mobility with reserved access and parking (follow the signs). Adapted toilets are available on site.

Olympic Area: Immerse yourself in the effervescent atmosphere of the Olympic Games with our dedicated area! Here you'll find a variety of equipment and accessories for practicing numerous sports such as tennis, table tennis, archery, boxing, athletics, soccer, rugby, and many more. And don't forget the pétanque boules, available for all ages.
Aquatic area: Cool off and have fun in our aquatic area equipped with water games. Slides, slide mats, misters and more are at your disposal, as well as showers and water points for a refreshing break.
Aerial Action Zone: Test your acrobatic skills on our rope course, and bounce back and forth on the trampolines!
Sports Broadcast Zone: Don't miss out on the big sporting events! Watch live broadcasts of competitions such as the Tour de France on giant screens.
Entertainment Area: Variety and entertainment are the order of the day:
- Reading rooms and open-air games: offered by the network of media libraries, for a moment of relaxation or open-air games.
- Preventive health workshops: Take part in informative workshops on subjects such as skin, nutrition, dental hygiene, addictions and sports medicine.
- E-Gaming: Immerse yourself in the world of video games with e-gaming consoles.
- Babyfoots: Challenge friends and family to a game of table soccer.
Food court: Enjoy our food court, where food trucks offer a choice of salads, sandwiches, ice creams and cotton candy.

Accompanying Children: Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult responsible for them.
Morning reservations: During morning hours, La Plage is reserved exclusively for groups of children from leisure centers.
