Montrouge's Fête des Soleillades returns for another edition on the weekend of September 2 and 3, 2023, in the Allées Jean Jaurès. This back-to-school festival, which brightens up the town's streets, will this year be on the theme of arts and sport, in the run-up to the Paris 2024 Olympic Games. Enjoyartistic-sporty animations and shows around movement in all its forms, and join in as everyone is welcome!
All events and shows are free of charge, from 4pm to 1am on Saturday and from 11am to 7pm on Sunday . Enjoy the last days of summer with family and friends. On the menu for the weekend: amazing entertainment, participatory shows, vertical dances, trampolines and circus acrobatics, and plenty of food and drink from Montrougian restaurateurs.
During this cultural Olympiad, which brings a summer of sport to a close in style, the town invites you to a hip-hop ball that revisits the festivities of yesteryear, and offers workshops to share and move in all senses around dance, drawing or freestyle soccer. At this year's event, the little ones can also enjoy a zip-line and a go-kart, as well as an exhibition of sports-related comics.
There's also an area where you can relax with a book between shows. This is the corner where you can chat, exchange ideas and even enjoy a locavore menu featuring Japanese, West Indian, Mediterranean and French cuisine!
