Like every year, the Fête de la Nature is back with the warm weather, allowing us to rediscover the world around us, its fauna, flora and biodiversity. And just like every year, there are plenty of activities for the whole family in the gardens, squares, parks and forests of Paris and the Ile-de-France region.

So,from May 22 to 26, 2024, put on a good pair of sneakers or boots, pack your picnic basket and sunscreen, and head off to discover what's in store for this event that's as cultural as it is natural. And there's no need to travel the length and breadth of the region to do so: in Val-de-Marne, too, the festivities are sure to be great, with a host of free events open to all during these five festive days.

Over the five days, visitors can explore the region's protected natural environments, search for local species of birds, amphibians and butterflies, and enjoy a program rich in discoveries and encounters with experts and enthusiasts. Val-de-Marne offers a variety of activities in its parks and natural areas, including the Arc boisé and the "La Végétale" green corridor, which stretches from Créteil to Mandres-les-Roses.

Fête de la Nature 2024 in Val-de-Marne (94), the program :

  • Cachan: Parc Raspail
    On May 25 and 26, 2024, take part in the Fête de la Nature with activities for all ages.

  • Chennevières-sur-Marne: Parc Départemental des Bordes
    On Sunday May 26, a day dedicated to nature and animal welfare, culminating in an eco-theatrical show at 5pm.

  • Fresnes:
    The town offers a full program, including a presentation of the library apiary on Saturday May 25.

  • Marolles-en-Brie: Parc Urbain
    On May 25, a celebration of Nature in Harmony with various activities for the whole family.

  • La Queue-en-Brie:
