La Conserverie Paysanne is located at 52 rue Popincourt, Paris' first direct-from-farm canned food bar. Here, you can enjoy an aperitif made directly from the produce of farmers and market gardeners. Everything is French, right down to the cocktails!

La Conserverie Paysanne is a bar like no other, where everything is carefully selected. You'll find artisanal drinks, 100% French cocktails, natural wine (but not only!) and above all delicious aperitifs (rillettes, pâtés, vegan spreads...) direct from the producer! And for those who wish to continue their meal here, every day 4 dishes, also directly from the producers, are offered on the slate, including at least one vegetarian. Photos of the producers are even displayed on the wall. The motto of this place: Transparency, symbolized by the glass jars.

Just a stone's throw from the Saint Ambroise metro station, time stands still and you're transported to an old country house, with large wooden tables, shelves full of jars, vintage frames on the wall - it's just like being at grandma's! The countryside can also be found on the plate, with everything made in the region by local producers: the pork farmer makes his rillettes, the market gardener his vegetable spreads, and we just enjoy!

A not-to-be-missed address in the Popincourt district for an aperitif committed to French agriculture!
