Manuel Martinez, Meilleur Ouvrier de France and two-star chef at Le Relais Louis XIII, has opened La Maison du Chou in Paris, an establishment sure to delight the many cream puff lovers.

Gourmets in Paris are at their wit's end... And with good reason: after the opening of l'Atelier de l'éclair, l'Eclair de Génie by Christophe Adam, cabbage is back in force with the Maison du Chou!

So it's another patisserie that's set to seduce the taste buds of Parisians. Open since April 2, it's just waiting for you to test the quality of the choux.

Located in the heart of Saint Germain des Prés, this new " foodista" address for cream puffs is sure to make your mouth water.

Conceived by Manuel Martinez, Meilleur Ouvrier de France and two-star chef at Le Relais Louis XIII, this new establishment invites you to rediscover the cream puff with a new taste experience: cream puffs prepared to order, on the spot, and ultra-fresh.

And with good reason, these little puffs use traditional know-how based on egg yolks and fromage blanc. As for the filling, you'll be treated to coffee, chocolate or seasonal products. For the opening, the place offers choux with rose and lychee cream. Otherwise, purists will delight in plain choux. Choux are sold for 2€ each, a box of three for 5€ and a box of 6 for 10€.

In short, gourmets are advised to make a detour to the Maison du Chou, on Place de Fürstenberg in the 6th arrondissement of Paris.
