Les Justes : the arty cocktail bar in Pigalle

Between the strikes, the cold and Michou's death, how about a little cocktail to cheer us up? Luckily, we've found a great address a stone's throw from Pigalle: Les Justes. We're looking forward to seeing you there, Monday to Saturday from 6pm, in the 9th arrondissement, to get nicely drunk.

In a cosy setting with colorful walls featuring drawings and photos, you'll feel right at home sipping a cocktail masterfully crafted by the in-house mixologist. And Les Justes has no shortage of humor, as evidenced by the names of the cocktails. Our two favorites:"J'ai vu ta sœur sur tinder" inspired by the Pisco Sour and"La cerise sur le ghetto" which revisits the Boulevardier.

So we went for the one that put the biggest smile on our faces: J'ai vu ta sœur sur Tinder. With a base of clove-infused Pisco, Syrah and lemon, topped with a creamy egg white mousse and sprinkled with a cinnamon bitter, this spicy cocktail is as mischievous as its name suggests!

Les Justes are not only funny, but also generous: if you manage to enter the (non-personalized) wifi code into your tel on the first try, you get a free shot! That's a hell of a way to do business! And to make sure you don't get drunk on an empty stomach, there's a nice assortment of tapas.

Another special feature of Les Justes is that the bar is also a kind of art gallery, where emerging artists exhibit their work. If you fall in love, you can buy one of the paintings and discover new talent! Les Justes also has a room at the back, ideal for a birthday party, for example. So before or after, head to Pigalle to sample these tasty cocktails.
