With the arrival of warmer weather, it's time to rethink your habits and lifestyle. Targets: lose weight, eat healthily and eat well to get back into shape for spring. What Le Faust offers is a formula comprising one hour of sport (aerobics-tonic dance) with different phases of muscular awakening, cardio and stretching - set to a tonic 80s playlist - followed by a generous healthy buffet! Now that you've burned off the previous day's calories, there's no need to feel guilty!
On the brunch menu: crudités, vegetable salads, fruit juices and smoothies, hot dishes (fish fillets, purées, scrambled eggs...) as well as pastries and delicious desserts (fruit tarts, fresh fruit and pannacotta), so you can eat healthily and enjoy yourself!
