Behind this new address is Leslie Sawicka, already co-founder of the Musée de l'Illusion, located just opposite Sweet Bazar. And when it comes to " Good Sweet " , Sweet Bazar has more than one trick up its sleeve. The concept store is the first place where you can create a sweet treat to suit your taste. And let's face it, the combinations are endless!
Chocolate bar lover? At Sweet Bazar, you can make your own chocolate bar, dark or milk, with toppings, in less than ten minutes! We've fallen for the 64% dark chocolate bar, enhanced by a few pieces of strawberry and black olives.
But Sweet Bazar also offers a host of other sweet treats, including ice creams, waffles revisited by the chef, such as the hazelnut and lime praline waffle, and seasonal tarts made to order. Here again, the pastry chefs finish your personalized tart before your very eyes. Yes, at Sweet Bazar, you take your time, soak up the store's"happy life" atmosphere and feed yourself, visually and taste-wise, with healthy, homemade treats.
And if you're short of inspiration, opt for the recipes devised by talented and warm-hearted pastry chef Sandrine Baumann-Hautin, ambassador of the 2021 French Dessert Championship. Our favorite is the signature tart made with a smooth chocolate cream, sprinkled with coconut shavings and chocolate.
Smoothies, iced coffees and hot drinks are available to accompany these sweet treats. A word of advice: try the delicious hot chocolate, topped with creamy whipped cream. You can also create your own milkshake by choosing your favourite flavours.
