Did you know? It is estimated that 70-80% of viennoiseries and pastries sold in bakeries and patisseries are of industrial origin. A bitter fact for those who don't necessarily have the wallet to pick up their croissant or éclair au chocolat every Sunday from the capital's good bakers and patissiers who work the traditional way.

To make up for this lack of transparency, a brand new delivery platform has just been launched. Called Koriandre, the platform aims to highlight the expertise of Paris's young, qualified pastry chefs, whose worlds are as diverse as they are varied, from the traditional to the more original.

In this way, Koriandre enables professional pastry chefs to make their world known and develop their takeaway and delivery business. After all, it's not easy to make a name for yourself in the world of patisserie when you're just a young chef! What's more, Koriandre also offers customized cakes, so you can be sure of making a splash on a special occasion!

Another facet of the platform, which is sure to expand once the health situation improves, is that it also offers pastry-making courses, currently by video, and in the future, face-to-face too.
