In addition to the sublime glass-roofed restaurant, featuring an astonishing mirror bar with divine creative cocktails, and the cosy fireside lounge for cooler days, there's also the patio, a heavenly spot to sit out on the terrace and soak up the sun, the mild weather and the famous all-you-can-eat brunch.

You'll be able to sit back and take it easy among the lemon trees and jasmine blossoms. At Café Jeanne, the service is impeccable and the smiles on the faces of the waiters are just right. Café Jeanne's Brunch offer is €160 per person and €80 for children under 12. This offer includes unlimited champagne and hot drinks. Not into champagne? Like us, let yourself be tempted by one of the house's creative cocktails or mocktails , and tell us all about it. On our visit, a divine cucumber and ginger detox mocktail awakened our taste buds.

After choosing a Cappuccino and a Genmaicha green tea for my sidekick, we head off to discover the buffet of starters.

We start, of course, with a choice of breads and pastries.

Then it's on to the fine charcuterie, oysters and seafood, salmon gravlax, foie gras terrines, vitello tonnato and the many mixed salads that grace the tables.

Fancy a salad on demand? A salad bar is also available, prepared on demand for you.

Once you've sampled the starters, you can consult the menu of hot dishes on offer. From Eggs Benedict to Fish & Chips, from Beef Tartare to Asparagus Risotto, the choice is varied.

For our part, we're seduced by the freshness of the Flesh of Crab with cherry tomatoes in a lightly spiced Cardinal sauce, and by the beautiful Yellow Poultry with rosemary and tender flesh, parmesan cream and garden vegetables.

To complete this enchanted interlude, we're off to discover the farandole of desserts imagined by Pastry Chef Naraé Kim. Our hearts sway between the Pavlova montée minute, the Saint-Honoré gourmand and the Paris-Brest à la pistache.
