From the refined macaron to the classic Saint-Honoré and the traditional Yule log, Nicolas Bernardé's cooking classes invite you to master the essentials of pastry-making in just one afternoon.
As we all know, this culinary art requires great precision and is not easily improvised. So, what better way than to learn from a Meilleur Ouvrier de France? Every Saturday, from 3pm to 6pm, the chef reveals all his tricks for becoming an outstanding pastry chef!
The workshops are held in the master's patisserie in La Garenne Colombes, each time on a different theme, and bring together a maximum of twelve people: an intimate setting to make sure you benefit from the chef's expert advice.
Although, as you may have gathered, Nicolas Bernardé concentrates mainly on pastry, he does allow himself a few savoury incursions with, for example, a course on foie gras, or by introducing you to both savoury and sweet versions of cakes.
