Because not only a taste, but also a smell or a sound can take us to the other side of the world in an instant, Nestor now accompanies its chef-delivered meals with an olfactory and musical tasting experience; we explain.
To transport gourmets to their destination, Nestor has decided to stimulate all their senses. The experience begins with sound: the music starts by scanning the QR code on each delivery bag. This leads to Nestor's Spotify account, where each chef's playlist sets the mood for the flavors you're about to taste.
Each dish also comes with a wipe that releases a fragrance, an olfactory nod to the destination of the chosen dish. For the dishes, Nestor has surrounded itself with creative chefs, including Francis Mallmann, Manuel Berganza and Ian Kittichaï, who have agreed to guide gourmets through their favorite cities.
Each week, five new dishes inspired by destinations around the world (Bangkok, Madrid, Istanbul, Uruguay's Garzon Valley and many more) are on offer. Chef Francis Mallmann begins with his Argentinian cuisine. Delicious gnocchi with grilled chorizo and ricotta mousse .
