A new hotel is poised to open on the Left Bank. In October 2026, the Hôtel Daline Eiffel will welcome its first guests in the heart of the 7th arrondissement of Paris, on rue Malar, between the Invalides and the Eiffel Tower. Conceived as a discreet hideaway, this 4-star boutique hotel with 27 rooms marks the Malone group’s first hotel project signed by architect Régis Botta.
The property aims to embody the spirit of a discreet Parisian townhouse, catering to travelers seeking a space more intimate than the classic big hotels. The project will be built around a hushed, contemporary, residential atmosphere, with particular attention paid to comfort, light, and natural materials.
On the architecture side, Régis Botta has crafted a language of curves and soft volumes. Curved walls, vaulted passages, rounded cornices, and custom-designed furniture compose an atmosphere built to slow the eye. The rooms will continue this articulation with sandy hues, amber woods, natural textiles, sisal, travertine, alabaster, and patinated leathers.
The hotel will also offer a breakfast area connected to the lobby, as well as a spa featuring a fitness zone, a sauna and a 12‑meter pool. A space designed to provide a moment of respite away from the bustle of Paris.
