You liked Panda Panda (we did too)? Wait until you discover Tiger Tiger! Imagined by the same two friends as Panda Panda and Dumpling Queen, André Tan and Lucas Sauquet at the head of the MAMAHUHU group, Tiger Tiger, which regaled us with its dishes in confinement, reveals its new gourmet menu.
For this new and third address in the capital, the two friends have imagined an atmosphere of Cha Chaan Teng, the typical Hong-Kong bistros, with traditional specialties such as dims sums, beautiful pieces of rotisserie or comforting claypots on the menu.

As for the steaming baskets, we find the now unavoidable Xiao Long Bao and their broth that explodes in the mouth, but also the Xiu Mai with pork and the Hakao with shrimp.
Among the roasted dishes, the amateurs have to choose between the traditional Peking duck which is eaten in its patty to be made by oneself, the caramelized pork belly char siu with honey and spices or the crispy pork coated with fresh herbs.
We also like the good complete dishes served in hot casseroles like this delicious beef and rice sauté, accompanied by shop shoy cabbage.
We finish with the sweet baos with eggs or the bubble waffles with praline.
"In Chinese culture, food is fundamental and serves as a link between people. When I meet up with my cousins and my whole family, we are always eating. It is this atmosphere that I want to transmit" explains André Tan.
