Johan – who aims at developing the brand in Paris – is here on the spot to passionately present you the items of Le Fondant Baulois®. And since there’s nothing like a tasting to see for yourself, he offers curious people to taste the different cakes displayed under the glass bell.
In his lovely store, Johan offers us a whole bunch of sweet treats. Cakes in various formats: for 2 or for 10, tubes of Fondants, chocolate candles, Oh My Tea teas, Cap Mundo coffees, and Marquise de Sablé cookies as well as produces from the Nantes regions!
If you find yourself near Baule, know that Le Fondant Baulois® is an institution there since 1981. Created by Madame Denis in her delicatessen, this recipe of chocolate cake has an unparalleled taste and texture.
With its thin crust, slightly looking like a meringue, its smooth texture and its taste of salted butter caramel, it makes every generation fall for 38 years. Kids love it because we really feel like we’re eating melted chocolate! It’s simple, Le Fondant Baulois® is the most famous chocolate cake in France and even the best for some people.
