David and Stéphanie Le Quellec will be opening their Table de la mer in September, featuring the finest produce from the French coast.

Stéphanie Le Quellec takes to the high seas next September with the opening of a new restaurant in the 17th arrondissement. Named VIVE, Maison Mer, this new seafood address takes the place of Alain Ducasse's Rech restaurant, also dedicated for years to the finest seafood - now relocated to the gardens of the Maison de l'Amérique Latine.

Hand in hand with her husband, David Le Quellec, the Michelin-starred chef opens this lively table de la mer, in homage to her husband's Breton origins and to highlight the products of the Normandy fishing industry, where the couple now live after ten years in Provence.

In a space meticulously designed by theCosta agency, David and Stéphanie Le Quellec unveil the finest fish, shellfish and crustaceans at "just the right moment for tasting" - scallops will be opened at the minute, while sole will be matured in front of gourmets, between the cocktail and sake bar and a contemporary scaling bench.

A restaurant with character that pays tribute to the finest produce from the French coast, to be discovered very soon.
