If Mario Kart-like games lulled your childhood, and if you love Rocket League, then we have something you might be interested in! An immersive experience expects you in Paris, in Paris Nord Villepinte exactly. The venue is especially famous for housing many shows such as the Japan Expo, but now, a new uncommon concept is coming to this exhibition venue.
Meet in May to discover Battlekart, a sort of 2.0 go-karting but life size, promising very crazy racing sessions. Covering 2,500sqm of surface, discover an augmented reality go-karting track. But what does it mean in concrete words?
An interactive screening on the floor makes your playground. Through sessions up to 12 people, climb aboard one of the electric karts. You can choose several kinds of game including the Battle Foot during which you will play soccer and goal for your team in virtual nets… Rocket League style.
If you are more into playing it solo, you can go and try the Battle Race, the Mario Kart style experience consisting in races with bonus and malus to throw on your “friends”. In all, five games are available, including one inspired by Snake, the famous iconic snake game but adapted to go-karting.
Calling all sore losers, this game might ruin some friendships!
