If you’re looking to indulge in a moment of pampering, head to the Hôtel de Crillon, on Place de la Concorde. You’ve got to be bold enough to push open the front door and walk down the corridor to enter one of the most beautiful spas in Paris.
Who would have imagined that the Hôtel de Crillon hid an exceptional spa. Named Sense, this Rosewood Spa is a relaxation space bright, calm at the heart of Paris! Boasting three treatment rooms—including two double rooms perfect for couples and friends—, a sauna/hammam area, a hair salon by David Lucas, and a men-only space, this haven has everything you could dream of in terms of comfort.
The spa cabins are stylish and quietly luxurious, with a relaxation area that invites you to settle into heated loungers after a hammam or sauna session. Before you know it, the Himalayan salt wall leaves you feeling revived in an instant!
What remains our ultimate relaxation escape is the stunning pool whose 17,600 golden scales gleam thanks to the skylight, surrounded by sun loungers and greenery for an oasis vibe. We could linger for hours, but this pool is reserved for hotel guests.
At the Crillon Hotel’s spa, you’re pampered no matter what ails you! Sense a Rosewood Spa insists on "offering authentic rituals capable of exalting every sense," and throughout the day you’ll find masseurs available for facial treatments signed by Sisley or EviDenS de Beauté, body therapies by Sisley or Maison Caulières, soothing scalp massages, personal trainers for private sessions, but also a David Lucas-branded hair salon, a talented makeup artist, and barbers for men.
At Le Crillon, Sisley has crafted an unprecedented skincare journey. Imagine two hours of pure pampering, looked after by an expert. We start with a complete Phyto-Aromatique treatment of 1h30, choosing between the rose-black rejuvenating treatment and the ultimate anti-aging treatment, followed by makeup and a fragrance selection. Price of this beauty splurge? 360 euros, but with this treatment, it’s like you’ve changed your skin.
The must-have treat to indulge in? The demi-journée de soin on Sundays, starting with a hammam session, followed by a bespoke one-hour massage, plus a brunch spotlighting the talents of chef Boris Campanella and Matthieu Carlin, the hotel’s new pastry chef, all for €350 (the Crillon brunch runs at €160).
Stepping out of this spa, utterly relaxed, you can’t miss Thomas Erber’s Cabinet of Curiosities, the renowned globetrotter behind L’Officiel Voyage and Vogue Homme International. For the Hôtel de Crillon, he negotiates stunning series of pieces and art objects from around the world—perfect as a gift or a keepsake from the moment.
Please note that it's been over 4 years since our last visit, so the place and experience may have changed.
