In 2020, Prince de Galles changes everything and unveils a new restaurant managed by Michelin-starred chef Akira Back; as well as a new bar.

Prince de Galles is cooking up some nice surprises for 2020 including a new restaurant and a new bar!

In May 2020, Michelin-starred chef Akira Back unveils at Prince de Galles his first European address in lieu of bar Les Heures. After Singapore, Toronto and Seoul, it’s in the French capital that the chef has decided to come!

In a Japanese and 30s-inspired setting, foodies can discover an exclusive culinary offer. Prestigious ambassador of the Asian cuisine, chef Akira Back will offer fusion food between tradition and innovation, orientalism and French touch.

New at Prince de Galles in April 2020 too: a new bar in lieu of the former gourmet restaurant. Like a speakeasy from the 30s, Prince de Galles new bar will offer a selection of cocktails created by new bartender chef Roberto Catelano.

As for food, the hotel kitchen chef Gérald Poirier will offer a simple yet elegant cuisine to pair with a delighting selection of wines.

Then, in September 2020, Prince de Galles will also unveils a private Chef’s Table for ten guests where will be held gourmet events, oenological events, wine pairing meals, exclusive 4-hand dinners as well as discoveries over the art of the French cocktail.

In other words, even after existing for 90 years, Prince de Galles keeps on surprising us!
