It’s the most discreet five-star hotels in Paris. A few passersby know that it’s here when they visit Place des Vosges. At Pavillon de la Reine, it’s a luxury, quiet and voluptuous atmosphere ruling the shaded garden of the hidden courtyard.
From now one, in this very courtyard, you can enjoy gastronomic dishes since Pavillon de la Reine has finally decided to open its first gastronomic restaurant: Anne. And this luxury is not reserved for guests of the hotel only but for all of those who’d like to come and enjoy the sun and the freshness of the plant wall of the courtyard while enjoying exceptional dishes.
To prepare these dishes, young chef Edouard Chouteau is in the kitchen. Trained by the greatest houses (Le Bristol, Pierre Gagnaire, L’Arpège), he works the inventive menu thought up by chef Mathieu Pacaud.
On the menu, changing over the seasons, classics of the French gastronomy but with a modern twist: king prawns, meuniere sole, poultry from Béarn, suckling lamb from Lozère. In terms of desserts, we find the chocolate soufflé which is Chef Pacaud’s signature dessert.
Note that a “comfy food” room service menu is also custom-made for guests’ late cravings. Well, but we speak about comfy food made of exceptional produces: croque-monsieur with truffles, potatoes with caviar and champagne, and so on.
