The raspberry and blackcurrant yule log made of almond dacquoise, raspberry mousse, blackcurrant mousse and blackcurrant beads topped with red berries. Allow €19.50, serving 4.
Châlet du Père Noël [Santa Claus’ cabin] yule log is a bit like the yule log for kids. It’s made of gianduja chocolate mousse, dacquoise cake, crunchy praline. It’s topped with a ladyfinger roof and a sugar Santa Claus. Allow €19.50 serving 4.
