Shaped like a giant truffle, this yule log hides under its very round shell a delicious organic dark chocolate infused mousse and a gourmet soft heart made of toasted hazelnut praline laying on a Sacher biscuit. The whole is enhanced by a chocolate flame. This creation is to be enjoyed without moderation in individual serving or as a 6-serving yule log.
