Le Meurice restaurant Le Dali expects you on February 14, 2022, for a lovely Valentine’s Day 2022 dinner in a magnificent setting.

On the occasion, chef Amaury Bouhours and his team have come up with a three-course menu, and at the end, Cédric Grolet and his pastry chef François Deshayes serve the Coeur en Pétales dessert. To pair these dishes, the hotel chef somelier, Gabriel Veissaire, and Maison Rothschild have come up with a champagne pairing based on the house's iconic vintages.

The Saint Honoré Coeur en Pétales by Cédric Grolet is dream-inducing, is it not? Think: soft and spicy notes. Placed as a heart, choux buns filled with Timut pepper pastry cream and twisted with fresh lychees, covered in a delicate pink rose-infused whipped cream coat. note the dessert is also available to preorder from february 1 on the Meurice's website. And the good deal is that on February 14, 2022, the first palace in Paris has teamed up with maison Mellerio, the oldest jewelry brand in the world.
