Did you miss them this past June at La Maroquinerie? It’s time to catch up as Keane are coming back with a European tour for early 2020.
In France, two dates have been planned, including a first show on Tuesday January 21, 2020 at Paris L’Olympia , and a second show on January 29, 2020 at Toulouse Bikini.
For the biggest fans, don’t miss the presale held on October 3, 2019 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. (CEST). To access it, sign up on alias-production.fr and add Keane to your favorite artists before Wednesday October 2, at 3 p.m. (CEST). Note that tickets are limited to 4 per buyer as long as stock lasts. Or you can wait for the general sale on Friday October 4 at 10 a.m. (CEST).
This past September 20, 2019, Keane released the album “Cause and Effect”, fifteen years after their first album and seven years after their latest record, “Strangeland”. A good news for the band’s fans since at the end of the tour 2013, the band didn’t know if they will still play music together.
Leader and singer Tom Chaplin felt ready to write his own music and make a solo album. His reconciliation with Tim Rice-Oxley from Keane – all-time songwriter – had to wait a few years… It’s now done and the new album, “Cause and Effect”, can be heard live in January 2020 in Paris and Toulouse.
For the record, Keane had sold millions of albums, released 4 records, an EP and a Best Of, won two Brit Awards and an Ivor Novello price and their first album “Hopes and Fears” has been ranked among the 40 most sold albums in the UK.
