The Fondation des Femmes is hosting the second edition of its ecofeminist festival « Those Who Sow », from 21 to 29 September 2026, at the Cité Audacieuse, a feminist third space located at 9 Rue de Vaugirard in Paris’ 6th arrondissement. For nine days, conferences, round tables, workshops, screenings and performances will fill this unique venue as they explore the core issues of ecofeminism. Free admission, open to all.
This year's subtitle is as follows, “Will women save the world?”
This question does not call for a triumphalist answer (even if one could argue otherwise), but for a collective, urgent inquiry alongside field associations, specialized organizations, and committed figures.
After a debut that drew over 600 attendees, “Celles qui sèment” has established itself as a must-attend gathering at the crossroads of feminist and environmental activism.
This year, the meetings will center on four major themes:
Committed figures, authors, researchers, activists, and farmers will lead these topics at roundtables and workshops open to everyone. The weekend of September 26–27 will be especially devoted to practical workshops, documentary screenings, and family-friendly activities.
The full program can be found on the Cité Audacieuse website. Be sure to register for the various sessions you’d like to attend.
