The Jardin de Valérien welcomes young and old for free educational activities on Saturday, January 28, 2023, from 2 to 4 pm. This garden is an ecological and playful space dedicated to water and environmental awareness. Sénéo, the second largest producer and distributor of drinking water in France, offers these half-days four times a year, around the changes of season and celebrates winter in January.
Seasons have always played an essential role in the evolution of plant and animal species and in human activities. But the climate change disturbs these habits and influences the biodiversity. This Saturday, workshops and animations are set up around the preservation of nature: game of the 5 senses, making seed balls for birds, initiation to the ecological garden, herbal tea bar, exploration in the world of bees ... Children will also be able to participate in a digital treasure hunt,"Valérien et la légende des gouttes magiques" in order to save the eco-pedagogical garden!
