The Musée du Louvre's educational and musical show is back: discover the new season of Dessine-moi un chef d'œuvre, the family show that turns art into a game.

Art is told in a different way at the Musée du Louvre : the famous Parisian museum offers fun and educational shows for children and their parents. The Dessine-moi un chef d'œuvre (Draw me a masterpiece ) shows let us discover a painting or a sculpture from a child's point of view. After a highly successful first season, the Musée du Louvre is offering new not-to-be-missed events on October 11, 2025, December 20, 2025, and February 21, 2026.

As well as offering permanent collections that are unique in the world, the Musée du Louvre also organizes special events for young visitors. The Dessine-moi un chef d'œuvre (Draw me a masterpiece ) series brings together cartoonist Laetitia Coryn and musician Axl-s to discuss iconic works on display at the Musée du Louvre.

These family shows tell the story of the museum's must-see works, with music and drawings. Embark on adventures that take you around the world, back through history and, above all, discover the incredible stories behind the Louvre's greatest works.

Events for the 2025/2026 season at the Musée du Louvre :

  • Napoleon puts on a show!
    "The Rite of Napoleon" by Jacques-Louis David

    Monumental head (moai) from Easter Island
    Mysterious, majestic, the monumental moai head has been watching us for centuries. On Easter Island, stone giants silently greet visitors. What do these sculptures have to tell us? What are they doing on this island in the middle of the Pacific Ocean? Who made them and how were they moved? Take a journey and unravel the mysteries of these enigmatic statues.
