In the 9th arrondissement of Paris, Bulles & Billes is a 400-square-meter play space conceived by a brother and sister, both parents—driven by one goal: to create a place where parents and children genuinely have fun together, not just side by side.
The idea: seven themed bubbles, each with its own universe and a level of play that’s suitable for all ages (0 to 11 years).
At Bulles & Billes, parents pay €9 and children €16 for a two-hour slot. A special rate for childminders is also offered on Thursdays and Fridays during school hours.
The cafe offers savory WafWaf waffles for lunch, Marlette pastries made just a ten-minute walk away, and organic drinks whenever possible. Everything is local and zero-waste.
The little extra: Friday and Saturday evenings from 7 to 10 p.m., the venue switches to an apéro-style format: kids play with the animators while parents share a board from Atelier Saisonnier — voted Paris's best board by Le Bonbon.
birthdays can be organized for 6 to 12 children on Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays, for 2 hours of play in the space and the snack in a private room with locally sourced products.
