A city designed for kids? How does that work? If you haven’t yet discovered the concept of Palomano, which has its historic base in Clichy-la-Garenne and a second location in Rueil-Malmaison, both in the Hauts-de-Seine department, it’s a play area for children with a concept that stands apart. Here, over two hours, kids aged 0 to 10 can become vets, firefighters, chefs, hairdressers, beauticians, supermarket cashiers... Astronauts! Inside a highly immersive land, they can don the outfits of each profession and fully live the experience, like grown-ups.
On site, discover the different realms: the city’s shops with a grocery, a restaurant, a hair salon, public services with the hospital, the veterinary clinic, the fire station... Or the more fantastical worlds this time, with fairy-tale castles to spark dreams and expand the imaginations of the youngest. For tout-petits under 2, an awakening space is also dedicated.
It’s also a great idea to celebrate your birthday at Palomano (fête your birthday)—booking is mandatory, though. Expect tickets from €13 for children (ages 1–10) and from €6 for adults (11 and up), with free admission for people with disabilities and for babies under 1 year.
