The path of the law: become a senator in a game in the Jardin du Luxembourg

To mark the 150th anniversary of the Republic, the Senate is organizing a wide range of events and other activities to explain, recount and introduce the notion of the Republic and its founding principles to as many people as possible. Discover the "Fabrique de la loi" in an educational trail inspired by the traditional game of goose, accessible to all during the opening hours of the Jardin du Luxembourg. Each participant slips into the shoes of a senator to discover the role of senators, the workings of the legislative process... And how laws are passed.

Opposite the Palais du Luxembourg, there's a speakers' gallery where you can have your photo taken just like a real senator! When you're at the Jardin du Luxembourg, you can also take advantage of the various activities on offer for families, enjoy a leisurely stroll through the green spaces, or just laze around on one of the Garden's unmissable green chairs!
