October is packed with events, from Halloween and Monument Jeu d'Enfant to the Paris Manga & Sci-Fi Show... But above all, there’s one big, special date you won’t want to miss. From October 2 to 12, 2026, the Fête de la Science lands in Paris and Île-de-France, bringing a wealth of free activities, meets, games, and hands-on experiences to enjoy.
The Fête de la Science is a nationwide event designed to interest the general public in a wide range of scientific disciplines, as well as showcasing researchers and their work. Biology, chemistry, physics, astronomy, new technologies, medicine, archaeology: there's something to delight all curious minds, whatever their age! And why not discover the special activities planned for young children?
