Sushi Masterclass and exceptional menu with chef Nobu Matsuhisa at Royal Monceau

Chef Nobu Matsuhisa is back at the Royal Monceau! The Parisian palace invites you to meet this star of Japanese gastronomy for a master class or a tasting menu.

On April 10, 2019, at 5:30pm, eight people will be able to join the master as he teaches them to excel in the art of creating sushi. Although you'll have to pay €310 per person to indulge in this Japanese luxury, this Sushi Masterclass promises some nice surprises. Two hours of sharing with this internationally acclaimed chef is sure to create a wonderful memory!

For those who prefer to eat sushi rather than make it, an exceptional tasting menu is served at Jardin Japonais, an ephemeral restaurant conceived within a secret terrace for confidential dinners combining Peruvian and Japanese flavors, with food and champagne pairings.

To sample this delicious menu, head to the Japanese Garden at the Royal Monceau on April 10 & 11, April 18 & 19 and April 25 & 26, 2019. You'll have to pay €345, but then again, the evening promises to be full of unforgettable flavors.
