The menu, thoughtfully crafted, evolves with the seasons to guarantee freshness and creativity.

Starters

• Tomato mosaic with creamy burrata, accompanied by a colorful vegetable mirepoix and Andalusian gazpacho
• Tuna seared bright, marinated with togarashi, avocado, mango, red onion piccata and coriander notes
• Whole duck foie gras, Southern peppered, served with fig chutney, mesclun, walnut chunks and walnut-oil vinaigrette, house halva with sea salt

Mains

• Tender farmed poultry, slowly cooked, with creamy spinach, smashed potatoes, caramelized onions and a short lemon-beldi jus
• Or filet of sea bass in ribbons, silky sweet-potato purée and virgin sauce with mini collection tomatoes
