The Clover restaurant by Jean-François Piège has become a paradise for vegetable lovers. Now, at Clover Green, diners can enjoy a 100% plant-based menu served both lunch and dinner!

A little bit of vegetables and greenery to boost our strength for the winter? Yes, please! Coincidentally, Chef Jean-François Piège has decided to revamp his restaurant, Clover, which opened in 2014 in the 7th arrondissement, into a fresh new concept: Clover Green!

Often seen as just a side dish by food lovers, vegetables and plant-based ingredients hold a different place at Jean-François Piège. The chef has crafted a 100% green menu to complement the restaurant’s seasonal offerings. Get ready to see vegetables in a whole new light—delicious, exciting, and utterly irresistible!

The two menus in question will vary with the seasons, based on the chef's cravings and inspirations. Autumn being well underway, get ready to enjoy, for instance, a delicate lettuce velouté, a crisp heart, chilled Cévennes sweet onions, followed by a garden fresh platter, and to finish, a fig tartlet with caramelized cinnamon ice cream.

Now, whether for lunch or dinner, the star at Clover Green is vegetables. It's the perfect spot for vegans or anyone who simply loves all kinds of produce!
