With Naturaliste, Alain Ducasse’s plant-based and natural cuisine is now available on delivery in Paris and to takeaway. The plant-based and short-system menu is prepared every day in the kitchen of Aux Lyonnais restaurant.

Naturality is the culinary philosophy created by Alain Ducasse in 2014 at the Plaza Athénée. The multi-starred chef’s idea? Putting vegetables and cereals to the center of our diet again, relying on the best resources produced while respecting men and the environment, working hand in hand with passionate producers, and of course, offering as many flavors as possible.

Today, naturality leaves the Parisian palace kitchen and is now available to more people. With their new concept, Naturaliste, the chefs now provide you with this anti-waste cuisine respecting vegetables and giving pride of place to French producers’ produces on delivery in Paris and to takeaway.

The short and short-system menu is prepared in Alain Ducasse’s restaurant kitchen, Aux Lyonnais, by the female chef of the place, Charlotte Bringant. Naturaliste is mostly based on vegetables and cereals topped with sea animal proteins. It is delivered in recycled and recyclable containers; it was important for us to tell you so!

On the menu, for instance, creamy burrata, squash and pralin; ceviche, carrots and super-fresh cilantro; einkorn with roasted seasonal vegetables and fromage blanc (our favorite!), chickpeas with smooth squid and soft-boiled egg; and for sweet-toothed, some hearty soy milk chocolate mousse.

As for drinks, Naturalists has a short selection of fresh, cold-squeezed fruit and vegetable juices such as the invigorating apple-celery-fennel, or the sweeter pear-ginger-cinnamon.
