The city states: "Due to the prefectural decree banning fireworks across all public and private spaces from July 11 to 15, the scheduled fireworks display for this evening has been postponed. Because maintaining this essential gathering was important, the City and its services mobilized in record time to offer you an alternative.At 11 p.m., the fireworks will give way to a sound-and-light show, performed by three exceptional artists.
