Fête Nationale in Sainte-Geneviève-des-Bois (91): Republican banquet and giant karaoke on July 13

And why not take the opportunity to visit the commune of Sainte-Geneviève-des-Bois beforehand? You'll discover historic and rural sites such as the church and the keep, a tower listed as a historical monument since 1923. But that's not all! You can also delve into the heart of local legend by venturing to the grotto, where you'll catch a glimpse of the famous spring that is the source of the town's history.

For an even more bucolic stroll, we took a little tour of the Hôtel de Ville, and wandered through the large greenhouse located a stone's throw from the dungeon. In short, a day well spent! And don't forget to head to the esplanade du Donjon at 6 p.m. to enjoy this unique evening offered as part of the Fête nationale 2025 !

Program for the Fête nationale 2025 in Sainte-Geneviève-des-Bois (91) :

On Sunday July 13, 2025, Génovéfains are expected to celebrate the national holiday at 6pm with a grand Republican banquet on the esplanade du Donjon.

- 6 p.m. Entertainment and games

- 7 p.m. "Complimentary" Republican aperitif

-8pm Republican banquet: Food stalls with local merchants and restaurateurs.

- Followed by giant karaoke!

Tables and chairs will be provided for the meal. To mark the occasion, the town is launching a large-scale tablecloth collection. Drop off your vintage tablecloths (in good condition) at the Pôle Associatif et Événementiel until July 8. An eco-responsible way to celebrate!
